Dear CIYS members,
A Special General Meeting was held in Aitutaki, Cook Islands during the AGM. Version 2 of the Constitution was approved by unanimous decision but further amendments had arose from the meeting.
Article 15.1 of the rules hereby give 90 days’ notice to the proposed alterations to the rules (see attached in red) and are hereby given in writing by the CEO.
The next Special General Meeting will be held the 7th March 2016 to discuss proposed amendments.
A further notice will be given prior to meeting with details of venue and time.
